The project seeks to capitalize on physical assets including the regional Clinton River Trail, the refurbished multi-modal Transit Center, existing bus routes, stops, and transfer stations, key catalyst projects, and the existing road and sidewalk network, by studying how these and other assets can serve as hubs and linkages between downtown Pontiac, immediate neighborhoods, and surrounding communities.
